What We Can Do
We will explain the options available, and how different options and ways of dealing with things might affect you. We can help identify liability Issues and challenge debts if there is a legal reason that you should not owe them, and assist in disputing these debts with creditors.
We can help you budget to ensure that your money goes to the most important bills first, and minimise the impact of your problems; assist you in negotiating a realistic payment arrangement with your creditors. We can also guide you through the process of becoming insolvent.
Help with Court
We can help you identify the best way of dealing with court papers, help you with court forms and applications in relation to claims by people you owe money to. In come complicated cases, we may be able to assist you in negotiating with creditors, preparing for and/or accompanying you to court hearings.
