The role

Receptionists are the public face of Citizens Advice Salford and are an important link between the public and the bureau.

For this role you would be asked to greet clients, explain our procedures and you might provide basic information on our services and assist in the arrangement of appointments. You might also have the opportunity to input basic client details onto our case recording system.
