We have an exciting opportunity for someone with 1 years full time recent Citizens Advice experience or other AQS Advice Agency in providing self supervising advice across the range of our enquiry areas. If you have experience in delivering generalist advice in welfare benefits, housing, employment and assessing debt enquiries we would love to hear from you. The successful applicant will provide telephone advice from 9-5 to clients calling Greater Manchester Advice Line.
In summary you will be helping to deliver a professional, impartial, pragmatic and outcome focussed telephone advice service. it’s an interesting, varied and worthwhile role that will see you make a tangible difference.
