Salary: £24,982 to £27,742 subject to experience

Context of role:
We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join us, as we look forward to opening our exciting new telephone hub in our offices in the Salford Royal Hospital Trust estate. We are looking for someone with recent experience of supporting advice giving staff or volunteers or someone with a number of years of advice giving experience looking for a change in direction.
In Salford we have an experienced training team to support you and a great track record of recruiting a diverse team of volunteers from across the City who are supported by experienced paid advisers and specialists.
Reporting to the Operational Senior Manager you will have the opportunity to be involved in our new rounds of recruitment to supplement an experienced team to provide information and advice to local people. You will also work with the training manager and a volunteer training tutor who will help ensure that we develop the skill sets of new volunteers.
