We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us. As we head into 2021 we are expanding our welfare benefits service and are looking for a team player with a passion for welfare benefits advice and an interest in developing our responses to what is expected to to be a challenging year for benefit claimants. If you are an experienced adviser with a demonstrable knowledge of benefits advice then we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Operational Senior Manager you will join a team of specialist advisers and will carry a caseload of complex though not specialist benefit enquiries but will also work with colleagues on policy and training initiatives and work collaboratively with community partners.
This post will suit someone with wide ranging benefits knowledge looking to take the next step in their advice development. Whilst the post holder will not be expected to undertake specialist level work or have this experience there will be opportunities for development in this area.
We pride ourself on providing a supportive working environment that encourages self development, innovation and new ideas and look forward to your application.
