We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced money advice caseworker to join our successful Money Advice team.
We offer money advice across the City of Salford via face-to-face, telephone and email. This is delivered in multiple locations across the City.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of one year’s full-time equivalent experience of delivering money advice and an ability to satisfy MAS standards of competence at casework level.
Applicants will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and be flexible in their approach. You will need experience of income maximisation, budgeting and money advice strategies.
