Salford Citizens Advice:

We will be open at our Eccles office – in Eccles Gateway on all of the ordinary working days over the holiday, 10 am to 2 pm, and no appointment is needed. The service is available to all Salford residents.

Salford City Council:

The council’s contact centre will be open on all the ordinary working days and can be reached on 0161 631 4777. The out of hours emergency duty team can be reached in 0161 794 8888.

Salford City Council Homelessness Services:

Safford Assist:

The council’s hardship service is open on all ordinary working days, and can be reached on 0800 694 3695 and between 10am and 2pm at Eccles Gateway.

Salford Food Bank:

Our local food banks will be closed over the holiday, but Salford Citizens Advice, which is open at Eccles Gateway will hold some emergency food parcels.
