Training Support


What will you do?

You will support our Training Supervisor in delivering  our volunteer training programme, this will involve contributing to our induction programme and training sessions, meeting with volunteers to review with them their progress through their training and helping with volunteer recruitment events.

What do you need to have?

You don’t need specific qualifications or skills but need to need to have: 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse audiences
  • Be friendly, patient and approachable 
  • A desire to help other volunteers reach their potential
  • Respect for views, cultures and values that are different to your own

How much time do you need to give?

We can be flexible about the time  spent and how often you volunteer as long as you are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
